Bernd Hülsenbusch founded HSP in 2002 together with Andrea Stemberger. He was one of the first consultants to focus on specific industries through verticalization. For example, he successfully helps to build up the IT & telecommunication cluster at Heidrick & Struggles over many years and continues to support clients from these sectors to this day. At HSP, he also shaped the areas of retail industry and eBusiness.

Together with his team, he occupies management positions in all industry segments and focus on supporting international companies.
