After a variety of professional experiences in the fashion and textile industry, educational and psychotherapeutic training and further education, such as experience-oriented psychotherapy, systemic work, trauma therapy and resource coaching, Andrea Stemberger started her own business as a coach and trainer in 2000.

In 2002 she founded the HSP Competence Network together with Bernd Hülsenbusch and has since been responsible for the development of the coaching area. Her specialties are looking closely, a refreshing and creative accompaniment for new experiences and in change processes, be it professional, private or in a corporate or team context.

Since 2020, Andrea has also been active in Executive Search as a Partner and supports especially in the selection of executives according to gender issues.
